Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide vitamin B3 or vitamin PP, is a water-soluble vitamin that belongs to the B group of vitamins and is a coenzyme (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD) and coenzyme (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, NADP) is a component of the two coenzyme structures in the human body, which has reversible hydrogenation and dehydrogenation properties, plays a role in hydrogen transfer in biological oxidation, can promote the biological oxidation process of tissue respiration and metabolism, and is of great significance for maintaining the integrity of normal tissues, especially the skin digestive tract and nervous system When lacking, pellagra is caused by the affected respiration and metabolism of cells, so this product is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of pellagra stomatitis and slossitis.

Directions for Use

1.Can be added during the water phase of the formulation, or incorporated directly into a finished cream or cream base.

2.Recommended usage level is 1%–6%, with 5% being a commonly used and effective concentration.


For external use only

1.Avoid using in acidic formulations; the ideal final product pH should be around 6.

2.Do not combine with L-ascorbic acid, as compatibility issues may occur.

3.At higher or lower pH levels, the ingredient may hydrolyze and convert into nicotinic acid, which could lead to skin irritation.
